We have worked with RSA to create an application on which they are able to curate essential information and insight for their customers in a personalised space.
This is a new breed of customer relationship management. We focussed on building communities within the financial insurance industry by delivering relevant and useful content, on a platform created for sharing and discussion.
We created a website containing campaign assets, artwork files, examples of advertising and webinar videos that is easy to access, navigate and download marketing materials from.
Also included was a blog section, adding value to the site by sharing financial industry insight with partners who are keen to read the latest news and advice from RSA.
Our brief included the creation of a name, identity and simple navigation using RSA’s new brand guidelines – the first time they had been applied anywhere online.
To meet the needs of each user, we implemented custom permissions and intelligent targeting to give them access to information and resources relevant to their user type and partner company.
